1- You can send your reservation

2 - Within 48 Hours we will send you an e-mail to confirm your reservation or respond to inquiries.
3 - Within 2 days of booking we must receive a 30% deposit on the total amount. This payment may be made by:
PayPal, Western Union or Major Credit Card.
4 - The account must be paid upon arrival.
5 - A security deposit is required for any possible damages to the flat and its contents. This deposit will be returned at departure.

6 - In case of booking cancellations or modifications in stay, a request must be sent via fax or e-mail 45 days before your arrival, otherwise the booking deposit is forfeited.
7 - Checkin times: from Monday-Friday: 9am - 8pm. Saturday-Sunday (and holydays) 9am - 1pm
CheckOut times: all days by 10am
8 - The guests are kindly requested respect the calm in the the "palazzo" by refraining from making any unnecessay noises.
9 - The court of Florence would have jurisdiction in any possible dispute.
The leasing implies the acceptance of conditions specified above. Exceptions will be valid only if writing and after acceptance by ViadelleTerme.
